This one involves rumblings of a certain off screen connection developing between Preity Zinta and her co-star Shiney Ahuja. 
 Pretty intriguing, wouldn’t you say? Our snoops on the sets of Jahnu Barua’s film Har Pal tell us the two are quite a pair. Har pal inseparable. Yes, yes, just good friends and all that, but it seems Ms. Zinta loves popping into Shiney’s make-up van as often as she can between shots. Well, we guess that settles the age-old question of “Your place or mine?” Clearly his. But his van? No, nothing as juicy as catching anyone red handed, but certainly red faced. Seems Preity trooped into his van, robustly and with great familiarity only to realize he was not alone. Embarrassed and struggling to cover up the true reason for her boisterous entrance, she fumbled with excuses and finally told him she was there to call him for their next shot together. Well, unless Ms. Z has taken a pay cut and donned the cap of the Assistant Director it clearly wasn’t her job to do so. Which clearly means, she’s a terrible liar or, and just as bad, so eager to be constantly in touch with him that she’s taken to borrowing the duties of a stars’ inferior, the crewmember. What’s next, Preity running around as his spot boy with Umbrella hovering over his shiny greatness?

He excused himself from his Filmi guests and went to the door to have a hushed word with her. Unnaturally cheerful, she wished them all well and extricated herself as best as she could for her faux pas. 
 Shiney, ever the “gentleman”, thought the best way to underplay the situation was to make light of it. He commented with a shake of the head and a well-practiced sigh, the old Aunty just wouldn’t leave him alone. Yes, poor dear, sick of the harassment from his senior heroine, is he? So much so, he’s signed on the dotted line to act in another film with her. Oh, but at least the chemistry boiling between them will have some relief what with the new script apparently an intimate look at the breakdown of a once loving marriage. Funny, isn’t it how art imitates life. Oh gosh, that isn’t to suggest Shiney Ahuja, if rumors are to be believed, may be doing a lot more practical of a study of how to mess up a marriage.

Also in context of Ness note her emphasis on terms like “heir” “fortune” and “Jinnah connection”. She seems to think those are his only qualifications and chooses to completely forget brother Jeh Wadia!! Recall that before a decade, the Wadias were synonymous with patriotism, Indian nationalism, contributions to Indian business and the local Indian society. Interestingly after Zinta’s association, she has heavily publicized the Jinnah connection -giving press releases on her meetings with Dina Wadia or planting articles referring it again and again and in the process trying to put the Wadias at a disadvantage in India – having to justify their Indianness or their patriotism or face skeptical eyes so that she could then play a larger than life image of a Zara of Veer Zara bridging the India –Pak gap. Not surprising Ness had to recently justify his 200 years roots or his patriotism and intent to remain in India or having to say India is his motherland…. in the recent hospital issue.

As to IPL being her baby or she mothering it ..huh? After having so many public linkups they completely deny …then this ranting is entirely possible.

As to her tirade of press releases crying hoarse “she is not selling her IPL team” – how can a minority stake holder exercise right to yell on others’ behalf? Others were planning to sell way back in March 2010 before any IPL controversies began. But she is trying her level best to misrepresent facts – using words like faulty monetary transactions etc as reasons for exit plans. She seems to be desperately trying to obstruct their exit plans by such false reasons – when in reality her own fund sources are a question.

I am okay with the erotiscism and the lesbian act but I was disgusted by the pubes jutting out from the bikini brief, stretch marks, cellulite and worst of all, dirty feet. Come on, isn’t it the done thing to for female models to go for a Brazilian Waxing before a bikini or a swimwear photo-shoot?

The make-up person could have easily concealed those ugly stretch marks with some concealer and shaved off the pubes that protruded out of the panty as if a baby porcupine was hiding in there, The stylist could have given the unshaved model something else to wear or at least the photographer should have photo-shopped the blemishes, the protruding pubes and the dirty feet. They anyway photoshop to make Priyanka Chopra’s complexion light or make Preity Zinta look curvaceous even with her ‘H’ shaped body.

I am sure after seeing the photo-shoot nobody would buy those bikinis. The brand is dooomed!

The first bunch of Fashion Victims are those who don’t dress their age. Gracefully ageing is so much more classy than acting like a Teeny-Bopper when you are fifty. Ramola Bachchan, Neeta Lulla and Reynu Taandon tops this list. Ramola Bachchan needs to do get rid of that scarlet red lipstick. It is too taarty! She also wears dresses that don’t compliment her body. What’s the point in showing those podgy knees and rolls of flesh around the armpit in shot dresses or off-shoulder ones? High time  Neeta Lulla should gets rid of that fringe she has been sporting for decades. And she too has this habit of dressing up like a teeny-bopper. Then we have horrors like Anjalee Kapoor. She totally ignores what clothes suit her body-type and wears clothes that reveals all the flab at wrong places. Anjalee Kapoor seriously needs some professional fashion advice. Madam Tanisha Mohan should know money can’t buy her style. She has very broad-shoulders and extraordinarily flat derriere but still loves to wear off-shoulder numbers that show her masculine broad shoulders. Those Herve Leger dresses that she loves doesn’t flatter her figure, rather exposes the flat derriere. Priya Sachdev (Or is she still carrying the Chatwal name???) doesn’t have a flawless, smooth and taut armpits but she somehow loves to wear clothes that bare those unsightly armpits. Genelia D’Souza may have a baby-face charm but she has major cellulite problem and hence should refrain from wearing anything short that bares the orange-peel effect on her thighs. Queenie Singh may be a fashion icon to many but as I always believe – ‘money can’t buy you style’ – the expensive designer labels can’t make her look good. She looks kinda haggard, all pulled up and sorry to say, very masculine. Laila Khan Furniturewala and Natasha Khan too look hideous in form-fitted clothes as both don’t really have a figure to flaunt. And Preity Zinta…she is curve-less. I don’t see a waist. This once A-lister female actress who has been out of work for a couple of years after a failed serious relationship with an illustrious member of Bombay’s financial fraternity, has taken very seriously to drugs. Once a household name for her ferocious independence and vivacious image, she is very quickly and steadily descending into the “forgotten” category.

The story goes that her come-back vehicle, a cheesy romance film, which she is producing herself, being shot in Europe, with a new model turned actor for the hero, has been running into major production trouble.

70% of the crew has quit in the very first schedule and are known to have been demanding to be flown back to India due to the lack of organization, a number of heads of production fired – there is nobody to take the blame, because apparently madam producer has frequent foul mood swings and is constantly taking short breaks to run to the bathroom or to her trailer (sniff, sniff), and appears soon after as a completely different person, but there is no real brain coordinating the production of the film. The crew that has quit has been receiving calls from the hapless director and the lead actor of the film, almost begging them to return to salvage whatever little they can from the situation.

It is to be believed that in the rushes of the film the actress is looking almost 10 years older than her real age and the script doesn’t seem to be holding itself together, all combined with this new model /actor opposite her gives out the aura of a premature mid life crisis that the actress maybe going through.

Sources from an international film that the actress was a part of a few years ago, suggest that she was pulled up for her constant sniffing by the director (she would appear with white powder trickling from her nose) – she was immediately barred from all narcotic activities on set. The film however, was a flop, adding another feather to the actress’ dwindling career.

Other industry sources claim that she comes from a group of elite socialites, that include other A-list actors , that are known for having wild parties with generous supplies of good quality drugs at the venues which are usually the bungalows or homes of these people, some even suggest that her ex-boyfriend used to be the one supplying (due to political & business connections at high places) to the elite coke-heads of Bombay.

This a small insight to the otherwise dark, drug-laden, insecure place that the Bombay film industry stands for, it is too well decorated for anyone to see the real dramas of the existences of so called super stars in this day and age.

Today the age-old Black-Buck case in Jodhpur that had indicted Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Neelam, Sonali Bendre and Tabu will be heard in the court and possible judgement would be pronounced. Salman Khan’s hit-and-run case is still sub-judice and he has a new case to deal with where fishermen have accused Salman Khan and his bodyguards of manhandling, threatening and causing damage to property. This small fishermen’s colony is just opposite the new bungalow that Sallu bhai has purchased.

At a function, Shraddha wore a black sequined short dress and flesh-toned knickers. Couldn’t really understand the colour choice for the underwear. Wouldn’t black been the apt colour??? Anyway wearing contrast colour panty was a hidden fashion blunder on Shraddha Kapoor’s part but flashing them while sitting definitely was a blatant fashion faux-pas. I fail to understand why can’t they sit ‘propah’ while wearing a short dress.

Now that explains what the lady was doing in US. In 2005 I did an undercover piece on Cocaine abuse and dealt with a top notch dealer who catered to Bollywood and he took various names and Preity Zinta was also in his client list. In fact I didn’t believe it till I saw a picture of Preity doing a line of cocaine saved in the dealer’s mobile phone.

Folks I don’t know if you remember, when I was with HT City, I wrote about Akash Aurora (apparently a buddy of Lalit Modi) of Netlink who bought the digital rights of IPL2 and also sponsored Kings XI and defaulted in paying both, BCCI for the Digital Rights and KXI for sponsorship. Akash Arora of Netlink was also partying around with Preity Zinta in Las Vegas last year and in fact flew her there in style – in a private jet. Madam Zinta was furious and next when she spotted me at Couture Week, she fumed, “What have you got against me?” I said, “Nothing at all. This one involves rumblings of a certain off screen connection developing between Preity Zinta and her co-star Shiney Ahuja. 
 Pretty intriguing, wouldn’t you say? Our snoops on the sets of Jahnu Barua’s film Har Pal tell us the two are quite a pair. Har pal inseparable. Yes, yes, just good friends and all that, but it seems Ms. Zinta loves popping into Shiney’s make-up van as often as she can between shots. Well, we guess that settles the age-old question of “Your place or mine?” Clearly his. But his van? No, nothing as juicy as catching anyone red handed, but certainly red faced. Seems Preity trooped into his van, robustly and with great familiarity only to realize he was not alone. Embarrassed and struggling to cover up the true reason for her boisterous entrance, she fumbled with excuses and finally told him she was there to call him for their next shot together. Well, unless Ms. Z has taken a pay cut and donned the cap of the Assistant Director it clearly wasn’t her job to do so. Which clearly means, she’s a terrible liar or, and just as bad, so eager to be constantly in touch with him that she’s taken to borrowing the duties of a stars’ inferior, the crewmember. What’s next, Preity running around as his spot boy with Umbrella hovering over his shiny greatness?

Clik here to view.Either way, the reasoning was as sheer as Mandakini’s saree under a RK waterfall and it left Shiney stuttering for a response. He excused himself from his Filmi guests and went to the door to have a hushed word with her. Unnaturally cheerful, she wished them all well and extricated herself as best as she could for her faux pas. 
 Shiney, ever the “gentleman”, thought the best way to underplay the situation was to make light of it. He commented with a shake of the head and a well-practiced sigh, the old Aunty just wouldn’t leave him alone. Yes, poor dear, sick of the harassment from his senior heroine, is he? So much so, he’s signed on the dotted line to act in another film with her. Oh, but at least the chemistry boiling between them will have some relief what with the new script apparently an intimate look at the breakdown of a once loving marriage. Funny, isn’t it how art imitates life. Oh gosh, that isn’t to suggest Shiney Ahuja, if rumors are to be believed, may be doing a lot more practical of a study of how to mess up a marriage.

However more important is back in 2009 she had mallified Burman and Wadia over the SA brawl by giving press releases in India – brawl, beaten up, molested a woman etc etc. Someone had questioned her about that so this year she is taking opportunity to prove it wrong by playing the same game on herself? Also in context of Ness note her emphasis on terms like “heir” “fortune” and “Jinnah connection”. She seems to think those are his only qualifications and chooses to completely forget brother Jeh Wadia!! Recall that before a decade, the Wadias were synonymous with patriotism, Indian nationalism, contributions to Indian business and the local Indian society. Interestingly after Zinta’s association, she has heavily publicized the Jinnah connection -giving press releases on her meetings with Dina Wadia or planting articles referring it again and again and in the process trying to put the Wadias at a disadvantage in India – having to justify their Indianness or their patriotism or face skeptical eyes so that she could then play a larger than life image of a Zara of Veer Zara bridging the India –Pak gap. Not surprising Ness had to recently justify his 200 years roots or his patriotism and intent to remain in India or having to say India is his motherland…. in the recent hospital issue.

As to IPL being her baby or she mothering it ..huh? After having so many public linkups they completely deny …then this ranting is entirely possible.

As to her tirade of press releases crying hoarse “she is not selling her IPL team” – how can a minority stake holder exercise right to yell on others’ behalf? Others were planning to sell way back in March 2010 before any IPL controversies began. But she is trying her level best to misrepresent facts – using words like faulty monetary transactions etc as reasons for exit plans. She seems to be desperately trying to obstruct their exit plans by such false reasons – when in reality her own fund sources are a question.

I am okay with the erotiscism and the lesbian act but I was disgusted by the pubes jutting out from the bikini brief, stretch marks, cellulite and worst of all, dirty feet. Come on, isn’t it the done thing to for female models to go for a Brazilian Waxing before a bikini or a swimwear photo-shoot?

Clik here to view.After seeing the photographs of Natasha and Yasmin in a lesbian act I was wondering what the hell was the make-up artist doing or for that fact, the stylist and the photographer. The make-up person could have easily concealed those ugly stretch marks with some concealer and shaved off the pubes that protruded out of the panty as if a baby porcupine was hiding in there, The stylist could have given the unshaved model something else to wear or at least the photographer should have photo-shopped the blemishes, the protruding pubes and the dirty feet. They anyway photoshop to make Priyanka Chopra’s complexion light or make Preity Zinta look curvaceous even with her ‘H’ shaped body.
